Long Narrow Bathroom Design?

I have a closet and bathroom I want to combine. This will make a 14.5 ft x 6 ft room. I’m stumped. I want the toilet to be quite private, have a walk in shower and a bath. The bedroom will be along the long wall.
Can anyone help? direct me to similar plans or pics?

I think most bathrooms that are in a narrow rectangular shape have the bathtub/shower opposite of the entrance. So the tube would be positioned lengthwise against the 6 ft wall. If you were to position it lengthwise against the 14.5 ft wall I think you would have problems getting around the tube/shower and figuring out where to put the toilet and the sink.
You might want to put the bathtub at the opposite wall of the entrance and place the toilet next to the bathtub with a wall that is between the toilet and the sink that is just long enough to block the view of anyone who might see the person using the toilet.
